Who am I?
My name is Bali (yepp, that's me on the above picture), and I'm obsessed with healthy living and lifestyle. As a professional biohacker, I have been advising, biohacking and training CEOs, entrepreneurs, athletes, celebrities, even royals and political leaders. One of my instructors said about me: "Bali has an out-of-this-world knowledge." And this is what I do: collect the knowledge, and connect the dots. It is like solving a puzzle: with each piece in its place, you get closer to the whole picture. This is how I can help you unlock YOUR fullest potential.
I was always a curious person, and a collector. I collect my knowledge for more than 10 years now, starting with training. Throughout that decade I transformed myself fully from an IT professional/ economist into an avid biohacker with solid knowledge in sleep, breathing, nutrition, physical activity, massage therapy, anatomy, biology, physiology, and neuroscience. And the learning doesn't stop here, I carry on collecting the pieces of the health, performance, and longevity puzzle - possibly until the end of my life, simply because I want to understand how things work, and how I can utilize this knowledge to help others.
The world is full of bad science, bullcrap, misleading informations, propaganda, and blatant lies. It's not easy to navigate through this huge minefield, but I can help. P.S.: Honestly, I'm fed up with the ongoing attempts by certain experts, doctors, industrial and corporate propagandists/lobbyists and politicians who seem determined to mislead and manipulate rather than inform. It's disheartening to see how they try to sell us propaganda, undermining our ability to make informed decisions about our health and well-being.

Sure! Through the online courses you can have a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of biohacking, health and performance, and you can start biohacking on your own. This is a good way to start take back control of your mental and physical health, before other "experts" do, who don't know and don't care about you or your health and well-being.
You will learn about the different factors of health/performance and the contributing body functions, their roles in the big picture, and how are they connected to the other factors and functions. By the end of the online course you will be able to understand the basics of a healthy lifestyle, and start biohacking on your own, and you will understand, what you should do, and how you should do.
Did you say Coaching? What does it do?
I'm glad you asked! As I mentioned previously, it is 1 on 1 sessions with me, where I specifically focus on your exact needs. It all starts with a proper interview where I get a better view of your background and your goals. After that, I create a plan, in compliance with you. We will make sure you can stick to the plan, and we go through it rigorously, evaluating the results each and every week, and fine-tuning the interventions, if needed. Definitely. But I only sell things that I either use, or have seen great results others using, or my clients experienced beneficial effects by using those products. And nothing that you don't need or can't afford!
